Kickstart your session with a fun and energetic choreography warm-up led by the amazing Alissa Eckersley! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or gymnast, Alissa’s routine will get you moving and ready to take on the rest of your training. Don’t miss out on this exciting way to get your body moving and your spirits high!

This workshop is perfect for dancers and gymnasts looking to master front aerials and side aerials. Over two hours, participants will focus on building technique, strength, and confidence to perform these skills safely and smoothly.

Prerequisites:

• Must be able to confidently perform a cartwheel and front walkover.
