Round Off & Back Handspring Workshop
This 2-hour workshop is designed for dancers and gymnasts who want to perfect their round-offs and back handsprings. Participants will learn how to connect these skills seamlessly while progressing to advanced variations, including multiple back handsprings and back somersaults.

Our experienced coaches will provide individualised guidance to ensure proper technique, power, and flow, helping attendees build confidence in their skills.

Prerequisite: Participants must already be able to safely perform a back handspring to attend.
