Intermediate Acro – Take Skills to the Next Level
Prerequisite: Students must be able to perform a front and back walkover. Suitable for those confident with handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers.

Aerial progressions & walkover refinement
Handspring preparation
Somersaults & transitional tumbling
Strength, flexibility, balance & body awareness
Class Highlights:
