Whether your child is brand new to acro or an experienced dancer or acrobat wanting to work on more advanced skills, our School Holiday Acro Program is designed to challenge every child at their own level.
Led by our qualified gymnastics and dance acro coaches, children will work on skills including:
Handstands • Cartwheels • Walkovers • Aerials • Handsprings • Somersaults • Flexibility • Strength & Conditioning
With children grouped according to age and ability, beginners can learn the foundations in a safe and supportive environment, while experienced students can spend dedicated time developing, refining and progressing their higher-level skills.
Something for Every Level
New to Acro?
Absolutely no experience is needed!
Our coaches will introduce skills through safe, achievable progressions, helping children build strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence while having plenty of fun.
It’s a great opportunity to try acro for the first time without committing to a full term of classes.
Already Doing Acro Dance or Gymnastics?
Come ready to train, challenge yourself and work on those skills you’ve been wanting to master!
Experienced students will be grouped appropriately so they can work on more challenging progressions and skills suited to their current level.
Whether you’re working towards your walkover, aerial, handspring, somersault, twisting or improving your technique and flexibility, our coaches will help you take the next step.
More Than Just Acro
Our holiday days are designed to keep kids moving, learning and having fun.
Along with structured acro training, there’ll be games, challenges, opportunities to make new friends and plenty of time to enjoy being active.
The goal is for every child to finish the day feeling proud of what they’ve achieved, more confident in their skills and excited to keep learning.
